Catch?
I can't sleep tonight
When I close my eyes
I can't find you anywhere
All I see is a shadow of you
I ran and ran and ran
Trying ever so hard to catch up
But I never did, I came close
But you were always ahead
Casting the net of hope
I hold onto my will for you
They say patience is virtue
Yet so many lack of it
If I were a fisherman
And you the only fish
I will never catch you
I'd rather admire you from land
You swimming gracefully
Making all the colorful corals
Light up the deep blue sea
I know now that I may never see you
Because you were meant to swim freely
In the sea and not in the net of this fisherman
